This time, we’re inviting you to more than just a cooking class – we’re inviting you on a real date. An evening to leave everyday life behind and enjoy a slightly different kind of adventure for two.

You’ll cook together, discover new flavors, help each other (or compete to see who’s the better chef), and most importantly, enjoy some quality time together. We’ve prepared a seafood menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, filled with beautiful aromas, fresh flavors, and a touch of romance.

The Evening’s Program

We’ll begin with a special masterclass dedicated to octopus. We’ll show you the techniques behind preparing it perfectly, achieving a tender, juicy texture every time.

Then, together with your partner, you’ll prepare shrimp and calamari, learning how to bring out the very best in these seafood delicacies. You’ll also create a creamy saffron risotto with citrus notes, mastering the secrets to its perfect consistency and bringing all the flavors together into one truly special dish.

To complement the seafood menu, we’ll add a fresh salad with a delicate orange dressing and ricotta.

And we’ve taken care of everything else!

The wine will be chilled, dessert will be waiting, and the atmosphere will be everything a perfect date night deserves.
