This is Kim, I'm Saigonese/Vietnamese! I was born in Vietnam and lived there for most of my life.
Vietnamese cuisine is a work of art. It is a national treasure. I shouldn't even have to explain this. But for those who haven't been blessed with genuine Vietnamese food, I will.

As a Vietnamese, food culture is something very deep in our blood. Im very proud and love to eat our healthy food. On another hand cooking Vietnamese food is also one of my passion, I enjoy myself very much while doing it and also I’m a big eater, myself.

 
I would like to share with you about all the food that I love, that I could remember by heart, something that always brings back to me those good moments and memories that I've with my family, my friends, my people back in Vietnam.
